Hiyashi Ramen (Cold Ramen )

Ingredients
  • 1 pack of chukamen noodles
  • 3 pcs of eggs ( scrumbled and sliced horizontally )
  • 1 cucumber( sliced horizontally )
  • 1 carrot ( sliced horizontally )
  • 4 pcs. of ham( sliced horizontally )
  • ¼ cup of mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon of powdered nori
  • Ingredients for sauce
  • 3 tbsp of rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp of soysauce
  • 1 tbsp of sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp of sugar
  • ⅓ cup of water
Instructions
  1. Procedure for Sauce
  2. Get a cooking pan and open the heat then simmer all the ingredients of sauce .after that make it cold in refrigerator.
  3. Procedure for noodles
  4. Put water in a pot and add the chukamen noodles , let it boil in a few minutes ( follow the package instruction ). drain it and rinse with ice or cold water .then put it in a bowl.
  5. Put the carrots, cucumber,ham ,egg and mayonnaise on the top of noodles .pour the sauce then sprinkle the nori and serve .
  6. share and enjoy.
