Ingredients
  • 1 kilo Pork Ribs (cut into serving pieces or likely 1½ inch) (you can also use pork belly)
  • ½ cup soda
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 4 tbsp sauted shrimp paste (sweetened)
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 red onion (chopped)
  • 6 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 2 tomatoes medium size (sliced lengthwise)
  • 2 pcs. green chili ( sliced diagonally)
  • 2 to 3 pcs bay leaves
  • 3 tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
