• 2 cups of water
  • 1 cup of rice flour
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup of sugar
  • 1½ teaspoon anatto powder and 3 table spoon water (mix)
  • ½ cup grated fresh coconunt
  • 15pcs. small muffin pans for molding and steamer for cooking
  1. Pour in the water and sugar on a pan and stir then heat until boil. After then, let it cool.
  2. Put in the rice flour and all-purpose flour in a large bowl then stir.
  3. Pour in the water and sugar thats bean heated and dissolve. Stir well until the flour was all dissolved.
  4. Pour in the lye water and stir then mix well.
  5. Ready and allign all the muffin pans then pour all the mixture about ¾ of the muffin pan.
  6. Put into the steamer and steam for 30-35 mins.
  7. Cool all the "kuntsinta" before removing from the pan.
  8. When already cool, remove from the muffin pans, and put in a serving plate.
  9. Sprinkle all the fresh grated coconut. (don't use artificial pack grated coconut)
  10. Serve and Enjoy!
