Lechon Kawali
  • ½ klo of pork liempo
  • 1 table spoon of salt
  • 1 whole of onion
  • 3 pieces of garlic
  • 1 cup of vinegar
  • 350ml of cooking oil
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  1. step 1
  2. get a cooking pot , put a water and let it boil
  3. when the water is boiling put the pork and wait when the pork get soft and tender.
  4. step 2
  5. if it's already soft put out the pork at the pot and put in a plate and wait till it lessen the hotness
  6. step 3
  7. when the pork is already dry get ready to fry it make sure the pork is deeply fried and cover it for 5 minute in a low heat .
  8. step 4
  9. if the pork is already fry now you can make a sauce get the vinegar,onion and garlic .
  10. slice the onion in a pieces and smash the garlic and also slice it in a little pieces.
  11. step 5
  12. get a small plate (platito) put the suka,slice onion, pepper and garlic and stir a little
  13. step 6
  14. if the sauce and lechon kawali is ready you can now serve it and be prepare to eat.
