Okonomiyaki

Ingredients
  • 1 x okonomiyaki batter
  • 2 eggs
  • 200ml water
  • ¼ klo bacon
  • ¼ ground pork
  • ¼ cup of prawn
  • 1 whole cabbage
  • ¼ cup of japanese red ginger
Instructions
  1. step 1
  2. in a bowl, mix the batter , 2 eggs and water .then mix well until the mixture became liquid.
  3. step 2
  4. Add the pork , prawn ,cabbage and the japanese red ginger then mix it again.
  5. step 3
  6. Get a cooking pan and open the heat , put the mixture and use a spatula to platten it, put the bacon before you flip it over. ( make sure that both side are cooked)
  7. step 4
  8. Once the mixture was cooked get a plate and serve it with okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise .
