Pan de Sal (Pandesal)
  • 4 cups of bread flour
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 3 tablespoon of yeast
  • 5 tablespoon of cooking oil
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup of water
  • ¼ cup of evaforated milk
  • ½ bread crumbs
  • 5 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 baking powder
  1. step 1
  2. Get a bowl, put the flour, salt and baking powder then start stirring
  3. step 2
  4. put the sugar and milk keep stirring until the ingredients is mix deeply
  5. step 3
  6. then add the egg, cooking oil,yeast and a little bit butter.Mix again till the dough is formed.You better use your hand to make the dough perfectly mix with the ingredients.

  8. at the table , knead the dough until the dough became formed .

  10. to make the dough round you has to mold it. Then cover the mixing bowl and let the dough rise for at least 45 minutes.

  12. after waiting ..get the dough back in the clean table and divide it to 4 using the dough slicer

  14. shape each part to cylindrical form. And slice it diagonally
  15. step 8
  16. now get the bread crumbs and roll the dough in it.then wait for 10 to 15 minutes before putting it to the oven to rise.
  17. step 9
  18. put your finish dough in the oven and baked for 15minutes .When the dough has brown can serve itnand enjoy.
