Ingredients
  • -1 kilo ground lean pork
  • -1/4 kilo ground pork fat
  • -1 medium head garlic (finely minced)
  • -1 medium onion (finely chopped)
  • -1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • -1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • -1 tablespoon salt
  • -2 tablespoon soysauce
  • -2 tablespoon vinegar
  • -1 tablespoon ketchup
  • -1/4 red food color
  • -1 tablespoon bread crumbs (unsweetened)
  • -2 eggs (beaten)
  • -1 cup of cooking oil (for frying)
  • -30-35 pieces of 4" x 2" inch of kitchen wax paper (for wrapping)
Instructions
  1. Put the ground pork on a large bowl and mix all the ingredients. (except the cooking oil and wrapper).
  2. Mix and marinate until all ingredients are even.
  3. Scoop a minimum size or 3 tablespoon for each wrapper and roll for 4" x ¾" logs.
  4. Continue until finished.
  5. When finished, refrigirated it overnight.
  6. COOKING
  7. Heat the cooking oil in the pan in a medium heat.
  8. When heated, fry until cooked.
  9. Get a serving plate, serve and enjoy!
